Plots sold by UK Land Portfolio are not designated for development and do not have any planning permission. Whilst care is taken in selecting investment sites, future redesignation and / or planning permissions and future price performance are not guaranteed.
UK Land Portfolio sell individual plots with vacant possession upon completion, and from then on we have no role in the management of the property and / or pursuing planning permission. We leave day to day control after legal completion entirely with the purchaser.
If you proceed to purchase a plot from UK Land Portfolio or any third party whom it represents you will have the right to sell your land at any time to whomever you choose via any agent you choose and at whatever price you choose.
Subject to any covenants that may apply to the land, you will have the right to use the land for any lawful purpose, to seek re-designation of the land by participating in the relevant Local Development Framework and to apply to the relevant local authority for planning permission.
